Welcome to Mooring Made!

We are a husband and wife team that enjoy to create in our spare time. We are located in Trenton, Ontario.
We are glad you have found us and thank you for taking a look at our shop! All items are handmade and due to the nature of natural materials such as stone and wood all items will have slight differences due to textures, wood grains etc.

We ship anywhere in Canada.
We use Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator and UPS for shipping our products.

Hi, I’m Jess! I’m the maker, designer, order packer, social media manager, and probably the person behind most of the ideas around here.

What started as a hobby while my husband was away for work has grown into something I never imagined I’d be doing full-time. I love creating things that are personal, useful, and made to become part of someone’s home or a special moment.

When I’m not working on Mooring Made, you’ll usually find me with my husband Steven and our son Owen and dog Moose, drinking way too much coffee, working on our home, or dreaming up the next idea.

Mooring Made is a huge piece of my heart, and I’m so happy you’re here.

I’m Steven, the behind-the-scenes half of Mooring Made.

While Jess is usually the one dreaming up the ideas and making the magic happen, I’m often the one helping with the projects, doing any carpentry or wood working, and supporting whatever crazy idea she has come up with next.

As a Canadian military family, life has taken us to a few different places over the years, and Mooring Made has grown right alongside our family. I’m proud to be part of what we’ve built together.
